A Letter from Nicole

MY ETHOS
I’ve always been one to aspire for more. I believe that our aspirations are one of the most beautiful & angelic aspects of ourselves and is the driving force behind many businesses — including mine. I’m intensely intentional in how I do just about anything and I find that the root to success in social media + branding is ensuring that intention is at the forefront of the process. Intentional storytelling, intentional ideas, and intentional design creates the foundation for connection, community, and conversions.

BEFORE I TELL YOU THE BASICS, I’D RATHER TELL YOU SOMEWHAT OF A STORY

Growing up, I always valued self-expression and creativity (before I even knew what “values” were). Being a competitive dancer, I was enthralled by the shapes and movement we could create with our bodies. I was always inspired by the dancers that had a sense of expansiveness to them, or a little edge, or just that thing about them that you couldn’t put your finger on. Their presence was magnetic and when they’d walk by, they’d command your attention.

The self-expressiveness in me didn’t stop at dance class, in fact that was only where it began. In grade school, I couldn’t help but grab a piece of paper and begin drawing whatever came to mind — getting lost in what I could transform the blank canvas into. On the days I was feeling more Capricorn than usual, I’d draw monthly calendars by hand. It got to the point where I began sketching calendars for others in class and little did I know my love for creating something out of nothing and a love for calendars would turn into the career that I’m building today.

As I look back on the girl that I was growing up, there are so many parallels in who I am today. My innate desire to create something out of nothing ignited what is now Cacci Collective. My mission is to build brands that embody the essence of the dancers who inspired me: a magnetic presence that commands attention, an edge that can’t be replicated, and that thing you just can’t put your finger on, but you want to be a part of it.

The Journey

After graduating from Temple University with a BBA in International Business, with a concentration in International Marketing + Italian, and completing multiple internships with Luci Skincare and Joan Shepp, Nicole officially started her social media career in the marketing department at Joan Shepp. Recognized internationally in the fashion industry, Joan Shepp is a luxury fashion boutique and concept store located in the heart of Philadelphia.

During her time at Joan Shepp, Nicole refined her expertise in social media management and luxury fashion marketing while learning to create compelling content for a wide range of US-based and international brands. With a broad vendor base, she gained experience in curating content that resonated across multiple brand identities, further enhancing her versatility and creativity in content creation.

After her time at Joan Shepp, Nicole transitioned into the PR world, joining a boutique public relations agency in New York City. There, she honed her skills in client relations, business development, and learned how to communicate effectively with a broad audience. After experiencing the public relations world, Nicole found herself longing to return to the social media and branding space, where she felt she belonged — now with a unique PR perspective.

She eventually became the Social Media + Marketing Manager at the Emily Rockwell Skin Clinic, where she expanded her digital marketing expertise in the medical aesthetics and skincare realms. In this role, Nicole managed, strategized, and implemented all social media and marketing efforts for both the clinic and Emily Rockwell. Her responsibilities included social media management, content creation, brand partnerships, and email marketing. Through her efforts, Nicole drove significant brand awareness and growth by transforming the clinic’s social media content and strategy while elevating the brand’s presence both online and in-person.

Today, Nicole is the founder of Cacci Collective, a creative marketing studio that provides a collection of services focused on creating impact among digital mediums through intentional design, authentic content, and bespoke social media strategies.
